We are part of the Kent and Medway Casualty Reduction Partnership, working with Police, Fire, Medway Council and Highways England to identify opportunities for coordination and collaboration.
The Strategic Board that oversees the work of the Partnership comprises senior officers and elected members from these organisations.
Whilst the Board provides governance to the Partnership, delivery plans are developed and actioned by the Partnership Delivery Group. Here practitioners and resource managers program activity following the National Police Chief’s Council road safety calendar, which provides focus for our work in Kent.
